I will determine why your computer is acting up and root out the problem through a series of system checks and diagnostics. Once the riddle is solved, I'll advise you on the best course of action to get your computer back in shape.

Restore CD Creation

Most new computers don’t come with the restore copy of your new system on the hard drive. Make sure you have a back up in case your hard drive dies. I may be able do it for you. I’ll provide the CDs, but the system must have existing software installed.
